Healthy Roasted Chana with Jaggery Snacks (Simple Recipe)
Ingredients
1 cup roasted chana (whole or split)
half cup powdered jaggery
1 tsp ghee (optional)
A pinch of cardamom powder
Method
Dry roast chana lightly if not already crunchy
In a pan, melt jaggery with 1–2 tsp water
Add chana and mix quickly
Add cardamom and ghee
Spread on a plate. Let cool
cut into pieces according to your wish
Store in a air tight jar
