Intention
“The flame cooks the food. But it’s the thought that seasons it.”
last blog, we chopped with presence.
Today, we go a step deeper — into the heart of the kitchen: intentional cooking
Because cooking isn’t just mixing ingredients. It’s infusing your home with energy
And that energy flows from your thoughts while you cook

🔥 Your Task:
As you cook your main meal today — whether it’s dal-chawal, roti-sabzi, or even a simple kichdi — pause for a moment and bring in an intention
You can silently say:
“May this food bring calm to our minds.”
“may this food bring in peace and prosperity and happiness to the person who consumes it ”
“May this nourish my family’s health.”
“Thank you for the grains, the hands that grew them, and this moment to feed.”
This single conscious pause can shift the vibration of the food and your own energy too

🕯️ Optional easy Mantra:
“Annam Brahma.”
(Food is divine. To cook is to serve the Divine.)
Say it once, before you begin. Let the sound enter the pot before the spices do

👩🍳 What Changes When You Cook With Intention?
You notice when your hand reaches for the salt
You stir slower, with more care
You feel more patient, even if the cooker whistles twice
And strangely, even the food feels lighter and tastier
This isn’t superstition — it’s spiritual nutrition
🪔 points to Reflect :
Before sleeping tonight, ask:
Did I cook with care or rush today?
Did my mood feel different while preparing the meal?
What would happen if I cooked this way every day?
