Morning Strength Without Eggs - How To Make Veg Omelette with Chana Flour
Mornings are honest
They don’t pretend we are stronger than we are
They don’t hide yesterday’s tiredness
They show us exactly how gently we must begin again
Some mornings need coffee
Some need silence
And some need… a warm pan, chickpea flour and the decision to care
A Quiet Morning Story- How To Make Veg Omelette with Chana Flour
The house was still half asleep
The fan turning slowly
The sky undecided between grey and gold
My mind already making lists it could not finish
I mixed chana flour with water
Adding onions, Green chilies, A little turmeric
And while the batter rested…
So did I
Not deeply
Just enough

Chana flour teaches us something beautiful
You can create fullness without heaviness
You can build strength without cruelty
You can nourish without depending on what the world says is “necessary.”
Eggless does not mean empty
Simple does not mean small
Just like people
Pause and Ask Yourself
Do your mornings feed your body… or only your anxiety?
What would change if breakfast became an act of respect instead of a rushed task?
When did you last eat slowly, without standing near the sink?
Your day begins the way you treat yourself
