Walking Meditation
Walking Meditation
You think meditation needs:
Silence
A mat
Closed eyes
here lord Shiva laughs softly
Because lord Shiva walks
Through the forests
Through the cremation grounds
Through the chaos
Through the grief
Unhurried
Unburdened
Present

When Did Walking Become So Thoughtless?
We walk while:
scrolling
worrying
planning
regretting
rushing
Our bodies move
Our minds scattered
Our souls wait behind
The Forgotten Truth about Walking Meditation
In yogic tradition, lord Shiva’s way – walking is called Moving meditation
Each step is a mantra
the Heels
the Soles
the Toes
the Breath
You are already practicing…
You just forgot to arrive

A yogic lord shiva Walk (Try This Once) – Walking Meditation
Tomorrow:
Walk slowly for 10 steps
Don’t hold your phone
Feel the earth receive you
And think:
“I am exactly where I need to be.”
That is enough..
That is prayer
Ask Yourself…
When did I last walk without escaping into my mind?
Why am I always rushing to the next moment?
Do I treat my body like a vehicle or a temple?
If lord Shiva walks calmly through destruction, why can’t I walk calmly to my kitchen?

Personal Disclaimer
Most days, I rush
I walk while planning
I climb stairs while worrying
I forget my feet even exist
But sometimes…
I try to consciously try to remember
And those few steps change the weight of my day and make me more aware
which is called conscious walking
Conclusion: You Are Walking on Sacred Ground
You don’t need Himalayas
You don’t need solitude
You just need one step taken consciously
Because every path becomes holy…
when walked with awareness
And every ordinary woman becomes divine…
when she arrives where her feet already are…
until next time , keep smiling
much love … stay happy … stay blessed … always
