Kali Maa and My Talent
spirituality…but with a sense of humour series – part 4
Kali Maa and My Talent
Some people gently raise their voice when they’re irritated
Me?
I transform
One moment I’m calm and sipping chai…
The next moment I’m channeling Kali Maa because someone forgot to turn off the kitchen light
I swear Kali Maa pauses mid-battle, looks at me, and says:
“Bitiyya… itna gussa for THIS?”
Scene 1: The Legendary Morning Explosion – Kali Maa and My Talent
Husband innocently: “Where is my towel?”
Me: (already 5% annoyed)
Him: “Did you see my socks?”
Me: (75% volcano)
Him: “Where did you keep the keys?”
Me: BOOM. FULL KALI MODE ACTIVATED
Kali Maa, watching from above:
“Main kya karu is bachchi ka…”
Scene 2: The Kitchen Rage Ritual – Kali Maa and My Talent
One spoon falls
ONE SPOON
And suddenly I’m banging drawers, slamming lids, and performing an unintentionally accurate tandav across the kitchen
Kali Maa, sword in hand, stops mid-swing:
“Beta… it’s just cutlery.”
But no
My inner warrior has awakened over a spoon
Scene 3: The Phone Rage Saga – Kali Maa and My Talent
Nothing triggers my rage like a phone that hangs for 2 seconds
Me: “WHY?! WHY NOW? WHY ME?!”
Phone: lagging quietly
Kali Maa:
“I fought demons, and you’re fighting network speed. Wonderful.”
Scene 4: The Ultimate Test — Husband Logic – Kali Maa and My Talent
Husband: “Calm down.”
Me: “CALM DOWN?!”
Universe: trembles
Kali Maa:
“Iss aadmi ko koi bachao.”
Because that is the moment when rationality evaporates from the cosmos
Scene 5: The Aftershock – Kali Maa and My Talent
Five minutes later…
I sit quietly
Breathing
Regretting
Wondering why I became a fully licensed firecracker
Kali Maa sits beside me like the coolest mom ever:

“It happens. But maybe… don’t activate battle mode for socks next time?”
do make time to read my other blogs
The Divine Reality - Kali Maa and My Talent
Yes, I lose my temper over tiny things
Yes, I go full dramatic warrior queen
Yes, Kali Maa definitely watches and facepalms
But here’s the beautiful twist:
Kali Maa isn’t judging me
She’s guiding me
She’s the fierce love that says:
“Your fire is not wrong — you just need to aim it better.”
So maybe next time I feel the volcano rising,
I’ll remember Kali Maa’s gentle-but-seriously-exasperated voice:
“Beta… breathe. Not every spoon is Asura.” 😄🔥
here's to conclude with a disclaimer
this is a pure view about myself and the circumstances which i feel as a challenge to control my inner feelings and emotions
my attempts to respond to situations or to people which i fumble but am still trying
this may not be with everyone but with people like me who are still taking baby steps towards leading a meaningful and spiritual life with always keeping their gods or spiritual gurus by their side as a guide to look up to in stressful situations
bye for now
much love … stay happy … stay blessed .. always
