How to Do Leg Lifts for Toning and Better Circulation - Step by Step procedure

1. Lying Leg Lifts

Lie flat on your back with both legs straight

Place your hands under your hips for support

Inhale and lift one leg slowly to about a 45-degree angle

Exhale and lower it gently without touching the floor

Repeat for 8 to 10 times per leg

2. Side-Lying Leg Lifts

Lie on one side with legs stacked

Lift the top leg slowly and keeping it straight

Lower gently

Repeat 10 times per side

Lift one leg straight out in front and hold for 2–3 seconds and lower slowly

Repeat for 8 to 10 times per leg

Combine with ankle circles or foot pumps to boost circulation

Perform 2 to 3 times per week or daily for gentle toning
