1. Lying Leg Lifts
Lie flat on your back with both legs straight

Repeat for 8 to 10 times per leg

2. Side-Lying Leg Lifts
Lie on one side with legs stacked
Lift the top leg slowly and keeping it straight
Lower gently
Repeat 10 times per side

Sit on a sturdy chair with back straight
Lift one leg straight out in front and hold for 2–3 seconds and lower slowly
Repeat for 8 to 10 times per leg
