Deep Breathing
Deep Breathing
We breathe all day, yet how often do we notice it?
Most of the time, our breath is shallow and fast, rushed just like our lives
But when I pause and take a few deep breaths, it feels as though my body whispers, “Thank you.”
Deep breathing is so simple, yet it feels like a reset button for the body, the mind, and even the heart
🌿 How I Do the deep breathing (the layman’s way)
I sit comfortably — sometimes on the floor or sometimes just on a chair
I close my eyes and place one hand on my stomach
I inhale slowly through the nose, feeling my stomach rise and positivity filling in
I exhale gently, longer than the inhale with all the negativity going out
I repeat this for 5–10 breaths, or until I feel lighter

✨ Why I Love deep breathing
My racing thoughts slow down
My body feels instantly calmer
It costs nothing, yet gives everything — clarity, balance, and peace
🌸 The Inner Lesson – Oxygen for the Body, Patience for the Soul
Breathing deeply reminds me of a simple truth: what we give space to, grows stronger
Just as oxygen flows in with a deep breath, patience flows in when we pause before reacting
Just as exhaling releases carbon dioxide, letting go of anger or negativity makes space for peace
Breathing is life’s way of teaching us balance—take in, give out, but never hold too tightly
So, every time I breathe deeply, I’m not only feeding my lungs but I’m also practicing patience, forgiveness, and calmness
here's to conclude with a disclaimer
