Detox Tea
Detox Tea
Some remedies are so simple that we forget how powerful they are
A few herbal leaves or herbs from the kitchen simmered in water, sipped slowly can feel like both medicine and comfort in a cup
For me, detox tea is not about trends or herbal fads but It is something our ancestors knew well—how a leaf from the backyard or a herb from the kitchen could heal both body and spirit
🌿 How I Do the detox tea (the layman’s way)
I pluck a few fresh tulsi or mint or curry leaves (or use dried ones if fresh aren’t handy)
or i use some herbs like cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, black pepper, cardamom or clove
I boil them using a single ingredient or a combination of two to three in water for 5–7 minutes
Sometimes I add few drops of lemon or honey for taste
I sip it warm, like a quiet pause in the day

✨ Why I Love the detox tea
My throat feels soothed, especially in changing weather
My breath feels clearer
Most of all, I feel a gentle calmness settling in
It’s more than tea — it’s a ritual of slowing down and inviting peace into the day
🌸 The Inner Lesson – Healing Body, Calming Mind
herbs are sacred not just for its medicinal powers but for the calm it brings
When I sip the detox tea, I feel it reminding me:

that Healing doesn’t always come in big, dramatic ways but sometimes it’s in the smallest sips
Just as the herbs helps in strengthening the body’s immunity, faith and patience strengthen the heart’s immunity against life’s storms
Calmness is a medicine too
So, the detox tea is not just about protecting the body but it is about cultivating resilience, a quiet strength that keeps both body and mind steady
here's to conclude with a disclaimer
