🌟 Roasted Chana Ladoos — A Wholesome 4-Ingredient Snack
Here’s how you turn your humble roasted chana into a mouth-melting ladoo
Ingredients required
100 gm roasted chana

100 gm jaggery (adjust for your sweet tooth)

1 tsp ghee

A pinch of cardamom (optional, but magical)

🥄 Method to make the roasted chana ladoos
Roast the Chana Again:
In a pan, heat a teaspoon of ghee
Lightly roast the roasted chana again just enough to warm and awaken its flavor
Powder It:
Cool it down and grind it into a fine powder. Your house will already begin to smell like a childhood memory
Melt the Jaggery:
In another pan, melt the jaggery on low heat. You can add a teaspoon of water to help it along. Keep stirring so it doesn’t burn
Mix and Shape:
Once it melts, quickly add the chana powder. Mix everything well before it cools. While it’s still warm, shape into small ladoos
