🥗 No Oil, No Worries! — A healthy Sabzi That Loves Your Body Back

Ever wished for a Healthy sabzi that’s flavorful, wholesome, yet guilt-free?

One that doesn’t swim in oil, yet still makes your taste buds dance?

Well, your wish just got steam-cooked into reality!

https://happyharvestfarms.com/blog/embracing-winter-wellness-10-indian-vegetables-and-their-health-benefits/?srsltid=AfmBOoo5YQYVBi4DInJJFhw5RKy_p2i2zD1QohtwXiHIrYjoeZ5hfZql

so Let’s make a healthy sabzi that’s:

💚 Oil-free

🥕 Packed with fiber-rich veggies

🍅 Blended with a refreshing raw coconut–tomato masala

👩‍🍳 A 15-minute miracle even on busy days

🥦🌽 Choose Your Veggies — Your Body Will Thank You

Pick what’s in your fridge or in season! You can use:

Lauki (doodhi)

Carrots

Beans

Green peas

Or even zucchini and cauliflower!

Step 1: Cut, Steam & Smile

Cut the vegetables into medium-sized pieces and steam them till they are tender

If you don’t have a steamer then just bring them to a gentle boil in water for 5–7 minutes

No salt, no spice, just pure veggie goodness

🌿 Pro Tip: Steaming retains nutrients better than boiling

🍅✨ The Magic Masala – No Oil, Just Pure Taste

step 2- now In a blender, combine the ingredients below:

2 ripe tomatoes

1 to 2 tablespoons of grated raw coconut

1 tsp roasted jeera (cumin)

A few green chillies (as spicy as you like)

A handful of fresh kadi patta (curry leaves)

Salt to taste

Grind into a fine paste. Then strain it using a metal strainer to get a smooth and velvety texture

Once your vegetables are done and the gas is off, pour in the freshly ground masala paste

That’s right—no cooking required

Just mix it all up, close the lid, and let the steam do the final cooking for 10 minutes

The masala soaks in, the flavors bloom and no nutrient is harmed in the process!

🍽️ Serve It Up!

Your Oil-Free Healthy Sabzi is now ready to serve:

Pair with warm phulkas or millet rotis

Or spoon it over a bowl of brown rice

Add a dash of lemon if you like that tang
