MAKE NATURAL SOAP
WHAT'S WITH THE SOAP MAKING....
So, after a binge-watching session on social media, I decided to dive into the world of soap making. Let me tell you, it was a bubbly success! đ Since then, I’ve sworn off store-bought soap
Now, Iâm not saying you should ditch your favorite fancy soap brandsâunless you want to, in which case, welcome to the DIY soap revolution! đĽ
But I figured, why not share my soap-making saga with you all?
There are tons of soap options out there, but Iâm about to take you on a whimsical ride through my homemade soap adventures.
Alright, hereâs the scoop: To make soap like a pro (or at least, like someone whoâs watched a lot of YouTube tutorials), you need a soap base.
Think of it as the dough of the soap world. You can choose from a plain soap base or a fancy goat milk soap base.
Iâm all about that goat milk lifeâitâs like a spa day for your skin and adds a level of softness thatâs just divine.
You can easily snag these bases from any online storeâjust imagine youâre hunting for treasure, except itâs soap and the treasure chest is a cardboard box delivered to your door. đŚâ¨
Give it a whirl, and you might just find yourself in a soap-making frenzy. Who knew crafting could be so… soapy?
Letâs get sudsy and make some magic happen! đ§źđ
Neem Soap Extravaganza đ§ź
Alright, soap enthusiasts, letâs kick off with our first magical creation: Neem Soap! đżâ¨
Hereâs how you whip up a batch of this green goodness thatâll make your skin sing with joy:
Gather Ingredients:
Fresh neem leaves (if youâre a lucky leaf-lover)
Turmeric (the superhero of spices)
Or, you can go with powders if youâre feeling less like a garden gnome and more like a kitchen wizard.
Blend It Like Beckham:
Toss a cup of neem leaves and a small stick of turmeric into a blender. Add a splash of water and blend until itâs smooth
Strain the mixture. Donât throw away the residueâthis stuff is gold!
Weâre using half of it in our soap. The other half… well, itâs not going to the landfill, donât worry.
Double Boil, Baby!:
Chop up about 250 grams of your soap base into small pieces. Toss it into a pot and get it double boiling until itâs a liquid sea of soapiness. đ
Add your strained neem mixture to this liquid wonderland and stir it like youâre conducting an orchestra.
For a bit of texture, mix in some of that residue you saved earlier. Itâs like adding a secret ingredient that only you know about.
Glam It Up:
Turn off the heat and stir in 1 tablespoon of glycerine and 1 tablespoon of your favorite oilâcoconut oil or almond oil will do just fine. Mix it like youâre stirring the pot of a top-secret potion. đ§Ş
Mold and Set:
Pour your soap mixture into silicone molds or any cups youâve got lying around.
Let it set at room temperature for 10 to 12 hours. Patience is key, just like waiting for your bread to rise. đ
VoilĂ ! Your natural, organic neem soap is ready to transform your shower routine from âmehâ to âwow.â đâ¨
Feel free to throw in a few victory dances while waiting for it to set.

Alright, soap-making wizards, hereâs the final chapter in our neem soap saga! đżâ¨
The Grand Finale: Demolding, Wrapping, and Freezing Extravaganza! đ§źâď¸
Demold Like a Pro:
Carefully pop those lovely soaps out of the molds. If they resist, give them a gentle nudge and a pep talk. Theyâve been through a lot, after all. đ
Wrap It Up:
Wrap your soap masterpieces in butter paper like youâre preparing them for a royal ball. This is their moment to shine! đ
You can also use parchment paper, but butter paper just sounds more glamorous, donât you think?
Freeze for the Win:
Hereâs the twist: Instead of letting your soaps lounge around like theyâre on a tropical vacation, stash them in the freezer.
Yep, you heard me rightâyour soapâs new hangout spot is right next to your ice cream. đŚâď¸
Why the freezer, you ask? Well, since weâre using all-natural ingredients, storing these beauties outside could make them spoil faster than you can say âsoggy soap.â
Freezing them keeps them fresh and fabulous, ready to bring you joy whenever you need a pick-me-up.
I make these in bulk, so my freezer looks like a soap factory had a rendezvous with a penguin colony. đ§đ§ź
Pull them out as needed and bask in the glory of your homemade creations. Soap-making might just be your new superpower. Enjoy and may your showers be forever bubbly!

Soak the orange peels or powder in rose water. Itâs like giving them a spa day, but for soap-making. đšđŚ
Grind âEm Up:
After soaking, blend the orange peels or powder into a paste.
If it turns out a bit chunky, thatâs okayâconsider it rustic charm. The soap wonât mind a little texture, and neither will your skin. đ
Double Boil Delight:
Melt your soap base with the finesse of a culinary maestro. Once itâs all liquidy and gooey, add in your orange paste.
Stir it like youâre making a smoothieâbecause who doesnât love a smoothie analogy? đš
Flame Off, Glam On:
Turn off the heat and stir in 1 tablespoon of glycerine and 1 tablespoon of almond oil.
Mix it thoroughly like youâre trying to get every last bit of seasoning into your favorite dish. đ´
Mold, Chill, and Thrill:
Pour the mixture into your molds. Let them cool down and set like theyâre basking in the sun on a tropical beach. đď¸
