KEEP YOUR ENERGY LEVELS HIGH
prana energy or life force is our base
depends on the right and wrong moves we make
positive thoughts and actions elevates our aura
negativity just wanes out our overall flora
this world sucks us in it’s worldly ways
it is upto us to rise and chose amongst the shades of greys
our elevated positive prana
bring in us supreme energy like a baby floriana
awareness and acceptance of the right and wrong moves
this makes us be a better version of this earthly journey smooth
our own energy, life force, prana should receive consideration as well because it powers our emotional, physical and psychological well being
we can sustain and improve our energy levels by making choices that align with healthy lifestyle
1. eat at regular and timely intervals
with proper portion control, getting your calories and proteins in place
last meal should be before sunrise and then putting a full stop to eating can help aid digestion thus increasing your energy levels and increase your metabolism
eating less helps to constantly keep the fire burning for an active metabolism

2. quality sleep and not quantity sleep
poor sleep can lower your metabolism, making it harder to burn calories. ideally 6 to 7 hours of good quality sleep is required for an adult
deep sleep recharges you whereas light shallow sleep may give you rest but you may still feel tired

3. slow down your breath
bring changes in the breathing pattern. instead of shallow chest breathing, take in deep stomach breathing consciously
being aware of your incoming and outgoing breath
when we inhale and exhale longer, it calms and centers us which allows body and mind to be steady rather than being hyperactive
that is conscious slow breathing

4. being in the moment
taking time to relax, reading and going for a walk
meditation is the best remedy for being in the moment. most of our energy is lost in being identified with negative thoughts, negative emotions and pointless daydreaming
meditation is the practice of refraining from allowing the mind from welcoming these negative thoughts and maintain high energy levels for the rest of the life
overspending your energy that may never come or never go as planned is a waste of time. instead focus on the NOW giving FULL ATTENTION of what is at hand
