EASY AND VARIETY SALSA
WHAT IS SALSA
SALSA is the spanish word for sauce and it has also come to mean the same thing in english
salsa translates literally as ‘ sauce ‘ and encompasses a wide variety of forms
as consumer demand for salsa escalated, some contained ingredients that are not typically associated with salsa such as ingredients like papaya, mango, corn etc.
salsa is a healthy addition to a balanced diet
let’s go straight to the salsa
MANGO SALSA :
raw mango which has turned little sweet and yellow
cut the mango into small pieces
add in finely chopped onions, finely chopped green chillies, lemon juice, Black pepper powder, salt, olive oil, green coriander leaves chopped , spring Onions and stir everything really
tasty mango salsa ready to serve

TOMATO SALSA
in a pan put oil.
take 2 tomato. cut into half and turn the inner side of the tomato in the oil
add in chopped garlic, haldi / turmeric and red chilli powder in the oil
close the lid and cook for 10 minutes on low flame
now off the flame, remove the skin of the tomato and give everything a good mash
then add in finely chopped onions, coriander leaves, salt and mix everything well
tasty tomato salsa ready to serve

RAW PAPAYA SALSA
dressing for the papaya salsa in a bowl
take tamarind pulp, jaggery, salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, chopped Green chillies and crushed peanuts and till or sesame powder
in another bowl, take grated papaya ( first put papaya in boiling hot water just to get it slightly cooked. immediately take it out and pour cold water )
add in cucumber long cut, tomato, grated garlic and chopped coriander
now pour the dressing on the salad vegetables, Add in the salt and lemon juice while serving
