RAISE YOUR PRESENT STANDARDS
Human life is bound with past, present and future events. human beings are bound by memories of past and anxieties of future
however hard we try to drop it, we are still chain bound by it’s cycle especially in today’s era that we live in where anxiety, depression and fear are the most common syllables that we hear
how to break free of the chain to improve our lives physically, mentally and psychologically
it is through conscious effort of living
consciously try to freeze your past in your minds, however difficult it may seem to be
just freeze it and forget it
if you don’t do it then you will not give yourself new ideas to sprout in life
regressive thinking means stepping backward
progressive thinking means starting forward
think IMPROVEMENT in everything you do and think and set High standards for yourself
you deserve much more than you think
rather than brooding over the problem, if you really believe that something can be done Then a solution can be found out and your mind will automatically start believing and working towards it, towards finding better ways to getting it done
always raise your standard above your current level
1. improve the quality of your output ( do what you do ever better than before )
2. increase the quantity of what you do ( do more of what you can do )
you can constantly remind yourself that you are far better than you think you are. you can do everything in a much better improved manner than you are currently performing
IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE, YOU HAVE TO RAISE YOUR STANDARDS …. TONY ROBBINS
you can change your standards regardless of how much money you make. it is not about money, it is about mindset
make yourself invaluable and ask for what you deserve. being invaluable means doing extra ordinary work
constantly seek opportunities to learn and improve your work. keep making progress and don’t settle for average work
when you raise your standards, you get a better outcome. as a result you start loving your work
find the strengths and develop upon them to provide value to the world
be careful about people whom you have surrounded yourself with most of the time or you may get stuck in mediocre or stereotypical thinking patterns
don’t lower your standards to fit in with other people. find people who raise The bar and help you improve
surround yourself with people who accept you, respect you and inspire you to become a better person. these people may not be perfect but they should inspire you in one way or the other
you raise your standards every time when you say no to distractions and Delay gratifications
stop reacting to temptations. it is our duty to recognize them and kill them before they kill you
temptations seek momentary pleasure and disregard the future. stop acting on those urges for instant gratifications and make the right choices
that doesn’t mean you have to give up on your pleasures. you can enjoy everything in moderation and find a healthy balance for yourself and be proud about it later in life
your thoughts determine your actions. destructive thought patterns lead to depression, worry or anxiety whereas quality thoughts craft your environment in a positive manner
your internal self talk is the way you speak with your subconscious mind
make sure you speak to yourself from higher perspective
become your life coach. use the power of self affirmations to feel powerful and inspired to become great
if you raise your mindset and standards you will see obstacles as opportunities to learn and grow rather be shattered by failures
raising your standards is not about being an ego maniac. it is about having a a healthy level of self respect
run your own race and continuously create, learn, reflect and improve.
eliminate all the excuses and take full responsibility for your life
