HOW TO REMAIN FULLY COMMITTED TO ANY WORK YOU DO

FULLY COMMITTED TO ANY WORK

TO BE COMMITTED TO ANY WORK

whenever we do any work we have in hand, we should be able to do it with 100% dedication, commitment, hard work and devotion

that is the essence to bringing us in the present moment awareness

being completely devoted to the work would bring in high level of concentration and bring happiness and love because of complete commitment to the work

laziness or procrastination to do any act brings in boredom, less enthusiasm and lack of motivation to move ahead in life

only when we perform each and every act with dedication and devotion, we unlock the unspoken LAWS OF NATURE wherein we start to realize that man is not designed for being lazy or procrastinate

in a book written by spiritual leader mahatria ra, he says ‘ either don’t do it or do it with devotion. nothing in between’

FULLY COMMITTED TO ANY WORK

given the job in hand, if it is a necessity to do it, then see to it that you give it your 100% to the act with no signs of laziness lingering nearby

giving 100% in every situation requires a mind which is calm and decluttered

you can give your 100% in everything provided you cultivate the habit of being in the present moment.

whenever you are doing something then you are just doing that particular thing

for example –

when you are walking, then you are just walking

when you are eating, then you are just eating

when you are studying something, then you are just studying it

and how is it possible …. the answer is by being aware

commitment needs to be a habit, not a one time activity

transform yourself. only you can do this, no one else can do it for you

be the change you want to see

the things that you can do…

1. jot down your short term goals and put them up on the pin up board, Which is visible for the maximum part of the day

see it while sleeping and while getting up

2. visualize it through the day

these goals should be your one point focus, keeping all other distractions aside

3. when you achieve some part of the goal, go ahead and treat yourself. you will feel good and will be encouraged to achieve some more short term goals

some more tips you can follow to stay fully committed to the work is –

—) firstly, you need to stop comparing yourself with others. you never know from where that other person is coming from.

you need to focus on your qualities and not on your flaws. after all nobody is perfect

—) secondly, any skill is acquired through practice. practice anything enough and it becomes your second nature to you.

no one is born with a special skill.

everybody has to start from somewhere. it doesn’t matter where you are right now.

all that matters is where you are going

—) thirdly, if you have taken the decision to learn something, start small. and then put it to practice.

keep doing and your so called STANDARD will keep improving. you will definitely be surprised by what you have achieved
