let’s discuss a topic on karma philosophy.

karma of thoughts and simple reasons why we should never speak negative about anyone

INTRODUCTION ON KARMA OF THOUGHTS

the karma theory…WHATEVER YOU GIVE YOU GET and you get in aBUNDANCE good or bad

talking bad about people, gossiping or taunting any person just because they are not in our good list is the worst karmas that we collect in our life

i have had many practical experiences in my life when i started becoming aware of my thoughts, actions and my words ( much thanks to my to a motivational person whom i consider my guru )

more often in our general day to day life, thoughts of some events or people we meet keep coming in our minds.

more often about people with whom we have negative or not so good experiences.

and we repeatedly think about him/ her whether it is useful or not in our day to day life. this brings a lot of negative vibes in us

HOW OUR KARMA OF THOUGHTS WORK

1. human beings vibrate at certain frequencies.

there are 2 types of vibration.. positive and negative.

any feelings or emotions causes you to emit a vibration.. either positive or negative

2. based on the frequency you emit, you attract things, people circumstances and anything that are vibrating at that same frequency

3. every thought emits a frequency into the universe and that frequency reverberates and rebounds towards it’s origin.

negative thoughts of any type will turn towards you and you get entangled in the web of negative thoughts

4. that is the reason why it is imperative that you take care of the quality of your thoughts and learn to cultivate positive thoughts and let go off any negative thoughts that comes in your head before it takes you into a downward spiral

5. to maintain your high frequency, it is essential that you eliminate the habit of complaining and speaking and thinking badly about others

i will try to tell you how

EFFECTS OF NEGATIVE THOUGHTS OF KARMA OF THOUGHTS IN OUR LIFE

before in olden days we were told to always keep chanting mantras or be in remembrance of that supreme power throughout the day

why..

so that we always stay connected with that supreme positive divine energies.

we all are have energies around us. so there will less wastage of energies

the moment we start thinking of some person who is already vibrating on a negative energy, we catch their energies, resulting that we disconnect from the universal energies and start connecting with that person’s low vibrating energy

what happens is that by constantly thinking of the same person who was not good to us, we start absorbing their energies thus making us feel low and we take over their BAD KARMAS which they have collected over the course of their lives thus lightening them of their KARMAS, so there’s an exchange of energies happening

so we have reduced our energy source Thus feeling low and irritated and the BONUS is that we have taken over their karmas as well thus adding more liabilities to our KARMA account

so all in all, we are the loser in the game.

the opposite person about whom we are thinking negatively or discussing about may not be even aware of it

on the contrary, the person who is being discussed might start feeling lighter in their minds because we have helped them reduced their kARMAS

such is the effect of KARMAS of THOUGHTS

sOLUTION TO REDUCE THE KARMAS OF NEGATIVE THOUGHTS

this is not the formula which i have created but after reading many books on karma philosophy and personally experimented and experienced and observed in my life and other people’s lives and have come to this conclusion

1. take responsibility for choices of life and completely stop complaining, blaming and justifying

2. positive self talk... you have to work on catching yourself in negative thoughts and then quickly shift your focus to positive words and thoughts.

remind of all the positive things that are there in your life right now

3. spending some time in nature.

being in nature helps improve our mood and increases our overall sense of happiness and well being

4. spend time with positive people who can uplift and motivate us so you become more meaningful of your thoughts and actions thus helping us to stay from negative energy

5. always live in awareness.

try to stay focused on your breath

keep chanting god’s name or affirmations or keep being into anything that brings positivity into your life and you don’t have time to think or discuss about other people’s lives

and in case if you find yourself in situations wherein you don’t have any choice but to listen and hear other people gossip then the solution is to mentally RELEASE that person from your conscious and bLESS the person who is being discussed and wish them all good fortune and leave it to rest
