PRE PREPARATION THE NIGHT BEFORE

before going to bed, boil water required for the family members

ON sUNDAY NIGHT

put one tablespoon of dhania seeds which was soaked in water for 5 minutes and put it in the boiling water and off the flame

MONDAY MORNING

your dhania / coriander detox water is ready. it should be had first thing in the morning

and to avoid repetitions, i prefer different herbs on different days because i feel anything which is done repeatedly or in excess even if it is natural will not be helpful unless you are working on some ailment

one more tip which i would like to give..

people like me who generally have the habit of boiling their drinking water, you can put a pinch of either ajwain / caraway seeds or jeera / cumin seeds in their water while boiling and drink it the full day

it gives the water a nice taste and good for your tummy as well. you just have to get accustomed to the task

my mother has been doing it since we were small and i have been following that tradition till date and our guests savor the taste of our drinking water
