AHAM BRAHMASMI is a term used in hindu and yoga philosophy to describe unity of atman ( individual self of soul ) with brahman ( the absolute ) translated as ‘ i am brahmin‘ or ‘ i am divine ‘

this mantra highlights the notion that all beings are intimately connected to universal energy and cannot be separated from it in all of us
there are parts of that divinity or divine power within us
so when i bless others, i bless the divine being in myself as well
HOW TO DO POSITIVE MIRROR TALKS
1. whenever you look at yourselves into the mirror, look deep into your eyes in the mirror, look at the wonderful creation which god has created that is you

stand in front of the mirror with eye contact with yourself and say feeling positively
i love myself
i am beautiful/ handsome
i am strong
i am enough to handle this
i am thankful to be alive
life is abundant and fulfilling
i am doing great
i am complete

and lastly sMILE at yourself

SMILE and THANK GOD for such a beautiful and wonderful creation and created above so many people who are deprived of with so many things in life

THANK YOU that you are above so many people in this universe. you are a divine being

there has to be something divine within you that makes all your internal organs work so perfectly And you are able to stand HEALTHILY in front of the mirror

THANK YOU for the five wonderful SENSES, that you are able to recognize yourself, feel yourself, see yourself and smile at yourself

do this every morning after having bath and when you are getting ready in front of the mirror you will see that you have filled yourself with so much of gratitude in yourself that you automatically start searching for good, for things to be grateful for, to be thankful for

you will be less irritated, less angry at least that is what i feel within myself. i don’t say i don’t get angry at all but the intensity has reduced for sure
