TAPPING FOR GOOD HEALTH
1. As soon as you wake up, after doing BREATHING and GRATITUDE Exercise

2. TAPPING on the center Of the eyebrows ( the third eye point ), on the bones around the eyes, point below your nose, points below your collar bones and the center of your chest
not to forget the most important point , the point above your head known as the HYPOTHALLAMUS gland.

These were the points related to the Head.
3. Later on you can start TAPPING all over your body, your hands, legs, throat, chest, back , stomach and your lower abdomen area.

4. Pressure can be applied by cupping your hands or with your finger tips.
5. While doing the Tapping exercise, try to take DEEP BREATH, INHALE through nose and EXHALE through mouth.
6. TAPPING with AFFIRMATIONS
I am a PEACEFUL being, I am a POWERFUL being, I am a SUCCESSFUL soul, My relations PERFECT.
My past is over, my future is perfect and only and only the BEST can happen to me or any positive Affirmations you may like to add

BENEFITS OF TAPPING
1. There are MERIDIAN points throughout the body. These points are connected to the body’s ENERGY flow.
By stimulating these MERIDIAN points which is a traditional CHINESE method [ BODY TAPPING ], it can improve the energy levels, sleep, stress and anxiety.
2. It allows the Immune system, Digestive system, Reproductive system and the Endocrine system to function properly.
3. It promotes proper flow of energy, brings the body back to balance. It helps the body to feel renewed and release blocked and clogged energies.

4. It decreases your Cortisol levels(stress hormones).
5. Regulates the nervous system and boost the Immune system by putting the body back to parasympathetic nervous system.
SMILING FOR GOOD HEALTH
1. One of the most important thing..
to always keep a SMILE on your face the moment you get up from bed, whether you had a bad before or a tough day ahead, just force yourself to put up with a SMILE on your face.

2. This Smiling practice brings a calming effect on your system and even though you may be feeling agitated internally, you will see a shift in your ATTITUDE with just wearing a SMILE on your face.
3. Smiling is basically tricking your brain into thinking that you are HAPPY. It triggers the feel good hormones basically DOPAMINE and SEROTININ to uplift your mood.

4. Smiling relaxes the muscles. It reduces the tension in the muscles throughout the body
5. When you SMILE you can trick your mind thinking you are in a good mood.
When you SMILE the brain see the muscle (activity) and assume that HUMOUR is happening.

6. For results, CONSISTENCY is the key. PERSISTANCE and COMMITMENT in the process will definitely bring in change in life.

I am neither a teacher or an expert in TAPPING but these are my personal experiences that I have shared which has benefitted me and my family.
