Ayurveda
Simple Rituals And Gentle Reflections
Life often feels like a rush of tasks — meals to cook, errands to run and responsibilities that never end
In the middle of all this chaos, our bodies whisper for care and our hearts long for calm and silence
I have found comfort in going back to simple and timeless practices of ayurveda about rituals our ancestors once spoke about, rooted in Ayurveda and homemaker wisdom
Nothing complicated. Nothing expensive. Just small daily acts that nourish both our body and soul
This series, Everyday Ayurveda for Life Lessons, is not written by an expert but by a seeker, a homemaker and a constant learner
Each post shares a layman’s way of doing a practice, along with the inner lesson it teaches me about life
a small effort in bringing awareness to simple basic practises which i have been following and have benefitted and wish that my readers benefit as well
✨ The 6 Rituals We will Journey Through:
🪔 Oiling the Joints – Soothing Body & Relationships
💧 Sipping Warm Water – Digesting Food & Emotions
🌸 Early Morning Walk – Fresh Air, Fresh Thoughts
🌿 detox Tea – Healing the Body, Calming the Mind
🧘 Deep Breathing – Oxygen for the Body, Patience for the Soul
🌙 Oil on the Feet – Resting the Body, Grounding the Spirit
✋ Palming with Your Hands: The Best Medicine You Already Carry for mind, body and soul
🌸 Why This Series?
Because I believe that self-care is not selfish but it is a sacred act for ourselves so that we remain fit till we are alive and not be a burden to our kith and kin
Because even the smallest rituals like sipping water or rubbing oil on tired feet carry the power to teach us about kindness, patience, and gratitude
Because when we care for our body with love, we also learn to care for life itself with gentleness and express gratitude
here's to conclude with a disclaimer
Note: I am not a health expert in any field but speaking from a layman’s position
These posts share only my personal experiences which are simple to follow and has benefitted me and hence wanted to spread awareness about it
however Please consult a qualified professional for any medical concerns before going ahead

hope this series excites you
until next time, keep smiling
