WHAT IS MUSCLE SPASM
muscle spasm (cramps) is a painful muscle contraction and tightening of muscles
it happens when you have overused or overexerted it or injured the muscle by exercise, dehydration or stress
actually these spasm are reminders that the muscles are fatigued and they need rest and nutrition

stop normal physical activity for a few days.
this will calm down your system and reduce inflammation in the area of pain

non steroidal anti-inflammatory medications along with multi vitamins are recommended to provide relief by reducing pain and inflammation in the body. a general physician would be more appropriate to guide

without rest, the muscles, joints and other important structures will not have adequate time to repair
