after all there are no side effects to it
the result is that i do experience some discomfort before my periods but definitely the intensity is lower

i experience lower less levels of irritability and annoyance which i used to get in much bigger intensity before
of course on the mind level you should be practicing pranayam and other things
but this is also one of the things that is effective and i do plan to continue using it for a longer period of time
but i must say consistency is the key
you have to take it atleast two or three times a week to know the difference
