SOYA CHUNKS VEGETABLE PATTIES
Let’s see how to make nutritious soya chunks vegetable patties. very easy healthy tasty recipe. this may not be a new recipe for many and but still i thought of sharing the recipe in the way i make it with my friends
this vegetable soya patties recipe are not only delicious treat for your taste buds but also a nourishing choice for your body. along with the goodness of soya proteins, these patties provide with a wholesome nutritious experience

let’s go straight to the recipe
INGREDIENTS FOR SOYA CHUNKS PATTIES
1. soya chunks ( mini would be good for this recipe ) 1 bowl

2. onions .. 1 nos.

3. capsicum .. 1 nos.

4. roasted gramflour ( besan ).. 2 tablespoon

5. ginger garlic paste .. 1 teaspoon

6. turmeric / red chilli powder / jeera dhania powder / garam masala / pepper powder / salt .. according to taste

RECIPE TO MAKE SOYA CHUNKS PATTIES
1. first boil water in a pan
2. put soya chunks and let it boil for 5 to 7 minutes

3. off the heat and put the lid On and keep it for another 5 minutes
4. then strain the water and keep it in the strainer till it is cooled down completely

5. after that squeeze the excess water from the soya chunks by hand and put it in the mixer to Grind it to paste without adding water

6. now in a pan, take little oil
7. add finely chopped onions and capsicum

8. when it becomes translucent and the water content in the capsicum is absorbed, add in the ginger garlic paste and the ground soya chunks
9. saute it till it all the moisture is absorbed and the mixture becomes thick
10. then add the roasted gram flour and mix everything nicely

11. add all the dry powders according to your taste and mix it well till a thick lumpy paste is formed
12. now make big round flat balls like burger patties and shallow fry it in a pan till it is Crispy brown on both sides

LET’S USE THESE PATTIES IN BURGERS AND WRAPS
1. take A burger bun, put mayonnaise or whichever sauces according to your taste on both the sides of the bun. now many variety sauces are available in the market
then layer it with onion and tomato rings and any vegetables of your choice like lettuce, cabbage, jalapeno peppers. put this patties in the middle and voila .. enjoy the burger

2. this patties can also be used to make chapati wraps as well. procedure is the same but instead of bun chapatis are used
