Thanks to Acharya Balkrishna Ji from patanjali, who gave me the secret recipe for this wonder oil, and now I’m sharing it with you all friends.

Ready for some kitchen alchemy? Let’s dive in!

THE INGREDIENTS REQUIRED FOR GARLIC, GINGER, AJWAIN OIL

1. Garlic:

Ah, garlic. The vegetable that’s been around longer than your grandma’s secret cookie recipe! Garlic is packed with allicin and diallyl sulfide—basically, it’s like garlic’s secret superhero team.

They’re antibacterial, antifungal, and ready to kick pain’s butt.

Garlic’s saga in Indian mythology is quite the drama!

During the famous Samudra Manthan (churning of the ocean of milk – nectar or Amrit) nectar of immortality was obtained from the ocean

lord vishnu disguised in his enchanting Mohini form began distributing nectar to the gods

seeing this, the demon rahu seated himself with the gods and received a sip of nectar

he got caught, and his head got a VIP treatment from Lord Vishnu’s Sudarshan Chakra.

The nectar he spat out hit the ground and, voilà, garlic was born! Talk about a fiery birth!

so garlic is nectar, imbued with rejuvenated properties but it is also seen as Contaminated because it touched the mouth of a rakshasa ( demon )

garlic is a best rasayana ( rejuvenator ) but the brahmins do not consume it as it is born from the body of a demon ( rakshasa )

Yet Another Garlic Saga: When Lord Indra’s Wife Burped Up a Miracle

Once upon a time in the celestial realms, Lord Indra’s wife had been waiting for a hundred years to have a little divine bundle of joy.

After a century of not-so-patiently waiting, Lord Indra decided it was high time to step in with some heavenly help.

So, he served his wife a glass of nectar—because nothing says “I care” like a drink of divine immortality, right?

Unfortunately, her tummy wasn’t exactly a fan of the nectar, and she burped it up (with a little extra zing) right at an, let’s say, not-so-holy spot.

Lord Indra, ever the optimist, reassured her, “Don’t sweat it, darling! You’ll have children, no problem.

That nectar you burped out will turn into a powerful Rasayana (a rejuvenating substance), but since it fell in a less-than-ideal spot, it’s going to smell a bit… off.

The Brahmins might not be thrilled, but hey, on Earth, it’ll become known as garlic. So, cheer up! You’re about to be famous!”

And there you have it—Garlic: a divine mishap turned miracle, proving that even in the heavenly realms, things don’t always go as planned!

2. Ginger:

GARLIC GINGER AJWAIN OIL

Ginger is the rock star of the kitchen! It’s like the spicy cousin who can do a bit of everything—cooking, dancing, and now healing!

The active ingredient, gingerol, makes sure your digestive system works like a well-oiled machine.

Ayurveda’s Pick: In Ayurveda, ginger is treated like royalty—Maha Aushadhi (great medicine).

in ayurveda, both fresh ( wet ) ginger and dry ginger are used as medicinal components in preparations like ayurvedic powders and rasayanas ( decoction )

vata is said to upset the digestive tracts so ginger has the properties to combat Excess vata present in gastro intestinal tract and stomach diseases

It’s the best buddy for your stomach, keeping gas and bloating at bay and even taking care of that annoying cough.

Plus, it’s like a personal heater for your body, warming you up and boosting blood circulation.

3. Ajwain Seeds (Bishop’s Weed/Carom Seeds):

Ajwain is the unsung hero of many Indian kitchens.

It’s got thymol and carvacrol, which are like the Avengers of the spice world—fighting fungi and bacteria with flair.

Ajwain doesn’t just sit around; it actively promotes digestion, tackles infections, and kicks joint pains to the curb.

4. Oil (Sesame or Mustard):

Oil in Ayurveda is like the supportive sidekick that makes sure everything else works properly.

when the vata ( In ayurveda ) goes high in the body, it leads to blood circulation in the peripherals leading to issues like pain in the muscles, dry skin etc.

since the skin is the biggest organ of the body – it has the capacity to Absorb things it comes in contact with

so having oil massages of either sesame or mustard oil would feed the skin with the necessary ingredients which increases the blood circulation

as massage expands the blood vessels on the skin and gives nutrition Through the oils applied as well as through the blood which was not reaching the skin properly due to narrowed blood vessels

this is the basic reason why all massages are so important for vata dominated people

If you’re feeling achy and dry, a good oil massage is your skin’s way of saying, “Ahhh, finally!”

It boosts blood circulation and makes sure your skin gets the nutrients it deserves.

Think of it as giving your skin a nice, cozy blanket!
