3. Clove (Lavang) – 10 to 12

TOOTH POWDER

4. Turmeric powder – A pinch

TOOTH POWDER

5. Virgin coconut oil – As required

How to Make the Tooth Powder

Blend triphala powder, neem powder, cloves, and turmeric in a mixer until you get a fine powder

Transfer the mixture to a glass jar

TOOTH POWDER

Pour virgin coconut oil over the powder until it is completely covered, ensuring a slight oil layer floats on top

Let it sit overnight (or for at least 6-7 hours) without stirring

By the next day, the powders will have absorbed the oil, leaving you with a powdery consistency

Store it in a glass jar at room temperature. It remains fresh for 4-5 months.. it’s my personal experience

Make small batches, as only a pea-sized amount is needed per use—this tiny jar will last you a long time!

How to Use the Tooth Powder

Before bedtime, take a small amount of the tooth powder and gently massage it on your gums and teeth using your finger

Leave it on for about 1-2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly for a fresh, clean feel. Use it at least three times a week for the best results!
