INTRODUCTION

i had once seen a video by nutritionist luke coutinho wherein he explains the importance of methi ( fenugreek ) seeds water during viral fever

how having a concoction of methi seeds water can Reduce the fever and help Uplift our immune system without any side effects

during the time when omicron was doing it’s round and there was a sudden chill in the weather in the month of january, i suddenly developed high fever for a day

i did take a paracetamol tablet as a precaution given the situation that it was

but along with that i took methi water three times on that day

and maybe because of that water, my fever reduced automatically and i didn’t have to take medicine again

i tried this on my son as well when he started feeling low and develop fever

i immediately started giving him this water three times on the first day and two times on the second day

but yes i did give him a paracetamol tablet but only once as after that his fever reduced

maybe this methi seeds concoction might have helped him fight from the viral attack internally because of which the fever did not recur

PROCEDURE TO MAKE THE METHI WATER

boil one spoon of methi ( fenugreek) seeds in two glasses of water and boil it till the water reduces to One glass

* i cannot assure you that because of this water my fever did not recur nor do i claim this is the hundred percent remedy for fever but this is my sharing of how it helped me many times from my fever from further aggravating and so thought sharing this with my friends

and since there are no side effects, there’s no harm in trying it out

please do not overdo Thinking it is nATURAL. you can have it maximum for 2 to 3 days

viral fever may be a reason for an underlying cause

therefore typical home remedies for such fever may only deal To some extent with your internal system

so it is important to get yourself checked in case the discomfort elevates
