WILD TURMERIC / KASTURI HALDI

1. Kasturi haldi or wild turmeric is an Aromatic turmeric widely used as a cosmetic herb for centuries

2. kasturi haldi is the root of the plant

3. its antibacterial properties keeps your skin free from infection and skin related issues

4. it aids in keeping your skin looking youthful and lustrous

OATMEAL

1. oatmeal works as an exfoliant, sloughing away dirt, oil and dead skin cells

2. it acts as an anti inflammatory and anti oxidant that soothes dry itchy and irritated skin

3. oatmeal nourishes and moisturizes the skin

ORANGE PEEL POWDER

1. sun dry the orange peels and make a powder of it. orange peel powder ready

2. orange peel powder helps remove tanned skin as it acts as a natural bleach

PROCEDURE TO MAKE AND USE ORANGE TURMERIC OATS FACE PACK

1. take 1 bowl oats ( the instant ones ), 2 spoon of orange peel powder and 1 spoon of kasturi haldi powder and grind it in mixer to get a fine powder.

you can add little more oats if you feel the mixture has become strong

2. tO USE– take half spoon of the mixture in a bowl, add in curd and honey to make a paste or you can use simple water

apply it all over your face and neck and leave it for 15 to 20 minutes and wash it off
