GREEN CHUTNEY

Coriander capsicum chutney is a tasty and saucy blend. it goes well With sandwiches and as wrap spreads

coriander chutney is very commonly used in indian cuisines.

it is used for making chaats, sandwiches and can be served with rice and chapatis as well

but this chutney with capsicum came out very well and tasty so thought of sharing with my friends

so why delay, let’s get started

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE GREEN CHUTNEY

1. Coriander leaves with little stem 1 big bowl

2. garlic 3 to 4 pods

3. green capsicum 1 medium size

4. jeera / cumin 1 small teaspoon

5. green chillies as per your taste

6. half lemon juice

salt to taste

now blend all these ingredients into a fine paste.

green chutney ready

GREEN CHUTNEY

the consistency will be thick and the color will be nice and bright green

you can add mint leaves as well

this chutney becomes a good accompaniment when you are making it with veg or non veg fillings with breads or chapatis
