i have started doing it and have experienced the power of this meditation, Hence thought of sharing it with my friends
WHAT dOES A FULL MOON SIGNIFY
1. the full moon represents Wholeness, completion and illumination
2. Once the moon reaches its fullness, it is the best time for setting Intentions and utilizing the heightened energy
3. when the moon is fully illuminated, radiating gentle light on earth, it is seen as a metaphor for self awareness, inner illumination and unveiling hidden truth
4. the full moon is a time to be receptive, to take In the light and the Awareness of spirit Into your emotional and physical body
5. the full moon is a great time for manifestation and meditation

IMPORTANCE OF FULL MOON MEDITATION
1. a full moon meditation is a form of guided meditation which uses visualization to encourage healing and relaxation
2. it includes chanting, breathing exercises and other relaxation techniques
3. meditation during full moon has Positive effects on mind, body and spirit
4. the reason being that the moon has a natural rythm with water and our bodies are primarily made of approximately 75% of water
5. eastern philosophers and mystical traditioners have long recognized moon’s energetic influence on human consciousness and the natural world
6. during full moon meditation practice, take a few moments to reflect on your goals, desires and aspirations
7. by aligning your intentions with powerful energy of full moon, you tap into it’s transformational energy
8. during the moon meditation, you can infuse your desires with energy, helping you to Manifest your intentions
9. set Clear intentions for what you wish to manifest and achieve in your life

HOW TO DO FULL MOON MEDITATION AND MANIFESTATION
1. sit in a comfortable space
2. if the moon light is visible, you can sit under it’s light or else you can create a Mental picture of the full moon in your mind
3. close your eyes and watch your breath going in and out and be in that Awareness
4. imagine the light of the moon on the crown chakra or above your head and feel the divine moon light flowing from the top of your head down towards your whole body
5. imagine that every cell of your body is receiving and energizing with the white light of the moon
6. while receiving this moonlight, set your intentions and affirmations

YOUR THOUGHTS WORDS AND ACTION are positive,
you are honest and disciplined in whatever work you take with complete surrender to the universe.

1. sit quietly for some time and feel the vibrations and affirmations you have released in the universe..
2. express GRATITUDE for the opportunities to connect with the energy of the moon
3. reflect on the intentions and goals you have set during meditation
4. feel the Connection between yourself, moon and the universe
5. visualize your intentions coming to fruition under moon’s radiant light
6. ground yourself and bow to the mother earth and the moon and Thank universe for this wonderful sessions
7. now slowly return to your regular state of consciousness

CONCLUSION
i am no expert to preach anyone but this is my most simple and humble way of practicing moon meditation and with expressing complete trust and surrender to the universe and to the moon energy for enlightening our lives without the need to follow any rituals.
