though i’m a yoga person but sometimes monotony strikes in and i occasionally switch to dance workouts
after all variety is the spice of life
after searching for quality dance workout videos that would add value to my fitness regime and make me feel mentally fresh as well, i landed upon two videos which helped me with my fitness journey
though i am not promoting any channels but these are my personal favorite ones and thought of sharing with my friends so that all can benefit
THE DANCE VIDEO WORKOUTS

one is YOG NRITYA CHANDRAPUR dance videos
they had released few videos during covid times
it involves dancing with beautiful garba songs and old hindi songs.
they have easy steps which anyone can follow and is a complete half an hour package with songs, clapping and doing some acupressure steps

then there’s another one named DANCE WITH DEEPTI. She’s an indian settled in germany
she also has an half an hour dance package with peppy bollywood songs.
her steps are easy and interesting to follow
MAIN PURPOSE OF DANCE WORKOUTS
so half an hour morning or evening, doing any of these two dance workouts is a very easy way of sweating it out
the main purpose why i am telling you friends about these videos is that those who don’t have time or inclination or the motivation to go to the gym or practice yoga can definitely tune in to these videos and shake and sweat your body with lovely background music and do it at their convenience at home
