CURRY LEAVES/KADIPATTA DRY CHUTNEY
let’s make a tasty curry leaves/kadipatta dry chutney easily as home. it is tasty and nutritious dish and can be had with rice
so let’s start with
the ingredients to make the Curry leaves/ kadipatta dry chutney
1. urad dal 2 teaspoon

2. chana dal 2 teaspoon

3. whole dhania 2 teaspoon

4. jeera 1 teaspoon

5. dry red chillies 4 to 5 nos…

6. dried kadi patta leaves .. 2 cups ( leaves washed and dried under the fan inside not in sunlight )

7. tamarind 1 lemon size

8. till Oil 2 to 3 teaspoon

hOW TO MAKE THE cURRY LEAVES/KADIPATTA DRY CHUTNEY
1. In a pan take oil, add urad dal, channa dal, whole dhania and jeera and saute well till it turns light brown and gives a nice aroma
2. now add the red chillies and the dried curry leaves and again saute on medium flame
3. add tamarind and keep stirring
4. once the kadi patta had reduced in size and wilted ( do not make it brown ) off the flame and leave it there for 15 to 20 mins.
5. occasionally keep stirring so that the curry leaves And the dried chillies have become crispy
6. now grind the whole mixture with salt and hing to a fine paste
7. and taa daa your tasty healthy curry leaves/kadipatta dry chutney is ready to serve
