WHAT IS TO CREATE YOUR OWN HAPPINESS
i would like to forward few quotes from the book THE POWER OF POSITIVE THINKING by NORMAN VINCENT
it says that we manufacture our own UNHAPPINESS by thinking unhappy thoughts and negative feelings which results in FEAR and WORRY
simply convert this whole scene by regularly chanting throughout the day ‘ I MAKE IT A HABIT TO BE HAPPY‘
‘this is the day god has given me and i will rejoice and be glad in it’
chant it before any meal regularly for that positive vibes to flow through you and create a positive aura Around you
bELIEVE that the BEST is going to happen and expect the best
always believe that god is with you, in combination with you by always chanting god’s name

don’t always complain and whine in life, don’t go crawling through life on your hands and knees half defeated
rather stand up to your obstacles and do something about it
for next 24 hours, deliberately speak hopefully about everything, about your job, future, health etc.
go out of your way to speak optimistically about everything
feed your mind and feed your body healthy and optimistic food as much as possible
after having done that, seal it with prayers, blessings and gratitude
this is the best way to lIVE life if consciously and persistently done
to know that we are capable of creating our own happiness
1. we must let go of the thought that our circumstances affect our happiness
2. we must tell ourselves that we hold the power to our own happiness
3. just like there are opportunities throughout the day to welcome frustration and negativity , there are also opportunities to welcome peace
4. this is not an overnight process.
it includes what we watch on our phone, what we listen to our thoughts and how we treat others
5. if we truly want happiness and joy, we must embrace forgiveness and kindness not only Towards those that hurt us, but also to ourselves
6. for most people the only thing that is holding them back is themselves
7. another aspect that makes a significant contribution to our own happiness is how we view ourselves. the ability to believe in ourselves
8. daily we encounter positive and negative situations and people.
it is inevitable not to experience feelings, but what is essential is how we overcome those feelings

TRY TO CREATE YOUR OWN HAPPINESS YOUR HABIT
1. self love
focus on how you can improve on yourself, mentally, physically and pshycologically
this can be done by exercising, do breathing exercise, keep learning new things, visit new places, meet people and learn from them
all these things build those happy hormones within you

2. work hard with a purpose
find a daily goal every morning.
even if it is a small one, for the day and try to work hard on it
find means to work on it, improvise on it and achieve it
do not wait for anyone’s appreciation, tap yourself on your back and feel happy

3. create a hobby
gardening, singing, music, anything of your choice, finding HAPPINESS in your hobbies

4. your diet
try to eat more natural foods, less of junk foods and more of fruits
most important try to stay hydrated always.
drink natural waters. coke diets would give you an immediate satiation but would later help you to sink down

5. challenge yourself daily
daily morning, think of some challenging activity which you have not done before and try to finish it before the day ends

6. no to gossiping
rather it would be better to sit alone and contemplate on your life activities, hear life improving podcasts, meditate and be with people who uplift you or where there are discussions on how to make the world a better place

7. deep breathing
always whenever you remember, practice belly breathing
the thich nhat hanh method of breathing which says
affirm … breathe in – i’m aware of my breath
breathe out – i’m smile with gratitude

8. mindfulness
deep breathing would automatically bring you to mindfulness – of being in the present moment– of just breathing.
you would be able to concentrate on the task in hand and feel more aware

9. acceptance
i believe that everyone knows what acceptance means, but it is rarely practiced by many
when we accept things for what they are, we make room for more non-judgmental behavior which allows inner peace
accept what you cannot change and be contented and happy in your life

10. volunteering to help the needy
either joining an NGO, where you can serve for a short time period, through teaching or funding such institutions or having activities organized
that will bring you in a more gratitude zone
