2. Properly wash few Curry leaves & keep it in a container in fridge.

Keep sufficient stock that can last for at least a week. That would save time of washing the leaves daily

3. Early in the morning, after having your morning water, immediately have 5 to 6 curry leaves & then continue with your daily routine

4. Chew the Curry leaves very nicely till you make a pulp of it before swallowing

5. Do not eat anything for at least 15 to 20 minutes after you have this. This will ensure complete absorption in the body

6. Preferably take new, young, fresh, bright green colored leaves as compared to the dark green hard leaves
