Start Position:
Come onto your hands and knees — tabletop position
Hands under shoulders, knees under hips
Keep your spine neutral
Cow Pose (Inhale):
Drop your belly toward the floor
Lift your chest and tailbone upward
Gaze slightly upward without straining
Cat Pose (Exhale):
Round your back toward the ceiling
Tuck your chin toward your chest
Draw your belly button in, like you’re hugging your spine
Flow:
Move slowly between Cat and Cow, matching breath to movement
Repeat for 5 to 10 rounds

Forcing the movement, just keep it gentle
Letting elbows bend or wrists collapse (spread weight evenly)
Forgetting to sync breath — inhale for Cow, exhale for Cat
