INTRODUCTION

2. Dabbing some fresh color onto your lips and cheeks is the easiest way to highlight your face.

What say if it’s a natural one instead of chemical laden ingredients.

3. Why buy expensive products when you can use BEETROOT and make one for yourself.

4. Beetroot is extremely beneficial for skin. It is known to be rich in Vitamin C known for brightening of skin and has anti-ageing properties. It reduces pigmentation of skin hence if applied on lips daily, the darkness on lips can be reduced.

So without further delay let’s begin.

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED FOR THE LIP AND CHEEK BALM

1. Beetroot juice

2. Vaseline

3. Glycerine

4. Arrowroot Powder

METHOD OF PREPARING THE BALM

1. Grind half a beetroot and strain the juice.

2. Now in a pan let it boil on slow flame till you get a thick consistency.

3. Turn off the gas. You will get approximately 1 teaspoon of the liquid.

4. Immediately add quarter teaspoon of Vaseline, quarter teaspoon of Glycerine and half teaspoon of Arrowroot powder mix it really well when hot So that all the ingredients blend really well.

( Arrowroot powder enhances the texture, gives a matt finish and makes lips softer. )

5. transfer the mixture in a glass container when cooled.

Keep it in freezer for longer shelf life.

We can use it till around a month.

METHOD TO USE THE LIP AND CHEEK BALM

1. Take a little of this mixture in your finger and apply it 2 to 3 times on your lips till you get a natural red color on your lips.

2. Dab a little on your cheeks and blend it well with your skin till you get a natural rosy tint on your cheeks.

3. Apply very little on your nose bone and under your eye brows to get an overall glow.
