Let’s see how to be a warrior mentally by making yourself mentally strong

INTRODUCTION

i happen to read a self help book by a famous author wherein i came upon a statement ‘ BE A WARRIOR MENTALLY

to be a warrior physically is heard but to be a warrior mentally was an interesting topic

every minute, every second, always keep a check on your thoughts

become aware how the quality of your thoughts are..

whether it is of anger, jealousy, hate ,fear..

if yes… then consciously become aware of it and try to change those thoughts into a positive one or start saying some positive affirmations

no… that’s not an easy task

definitely A nO NO..

but but but… we can give it a try

it does take a himalayan task to easily say to convert your negative thoughts into a positive one

honestly i have tried it aGAIN and aGAIN, failed at it aGAIN and aGAIN but still i keep trying aGAIN And aGAIN and i can say i am more than 50 % on the journey

when negativity surrounds us, that’s where our warrior mode should be in the ON MODE

let’s find out ….

hOW TO BE IN A WARRIOR MODE

life throws a variety of colors on our platter

it is up to us as to which color we would like to chose for our benefit from that plate

it may not be an easy task… your hands may shiver, people may influence you, you may be attracted to chose other darker shades from the plates

but it should be your strong determination, perseverance and strength to chose the color of your choice

i hope you understand the metaphor that i have used above

a lot of mental strength is required to chose from the emotions and thoughts in our lives

we can hear or see as many motivational matters available but to implement it in our lives, that’s where the magic begins

that’s where you raise your bar

there can be many

ways to vent your negative emotions

like anger, jealousy frustration or depression to name..

1. talking about the problem with 10 people and magnifying the problem

2. getting into the sympathy mode, wherein you want sympathy to be showered by people for that feel good factor

3. on the other extreme, you might shut yourself from the world and make yourself exclusive to the people

4. not expressing your emotions to anyone and bottling up inside

5. vent out your emotions in other incorrect ways like getting into bad company or getting addicted to bad vices which are detrimental to the person and the society as well

so many ways that people route their emotions and that is quite natural because we are humans after all

but the question is do we actually get that happiness..

that INNER HAPPINESS… by indulging in any of the above methods except for a few moments of satisfaction

so what is the permanent solution to give our emotions a right direction wherein we are in a space of calm and peace

there comes

the role of positive affirmations in our life

by giving a shift in our normal mode of thinking pattern

this has benefitted me and i want my friends to benefit as well

1. when you are in a mental conflict with any human being..

just withdraw yourself from the situation

2. take deep breaths.

3. rather than further creating agitative thoughts for that person, try to control your thoughts and put your anger under control

let’s see the method ..

1. bring that person on your mental image. feel that both of your energies are intertwined with negative emotions

2. continue keeping that image on your mental framework with whom we are agitated and say, ‘ i release you from my energies‘ and feel the interjoined energies being cut by you

3. there are no energies passing from you to the other soul since you are slowly releasing the energies and then say . ‘ god bless you with all happiness that you deserve’

4. even thought you may feel like banging the opposite person at the time when emotions of anger are at it’s peak

but but but…. just move away from the situation

5. start consciously taking deep breaths and repeatedly say, ‘ i release you‘ from my negative energies, god bless you with all happiness that you deserve

6. keep on repeating continuously till you calm down completely and become stable

7. in fact keep repeating it as many times you remember that person, without bringing any negative points of that other person into your mind

what happens when you bless the person

1. will slowly find that you are actually releasing yourself from the agitation, anger, frustration within you

2. have become much more calmer

3. can move on easily in life as you have send the word RELEASE into the universe

4. the brain just takes the command which it gets from your thoughts and words whether good or bad

5. once you start affirming it, chanting positivity even if you are forcibly doing it, a change is definite to happen

6. change within yourself and with the person with whom you were in a conflict

7. why.. because now there’s no negative energies vibrations passing from you to him or her

8. you will surprisingly see the opposite person also mellow down

yes.. this is my personal experience.

9. it is all a matter of energies. it is where and how we put our energies to use

10. be a well wisher to everyone and keep giving blessings and most important start rELEASING The negative energies within you

that’s the magic of life and that’s how you are a mental warrior

and see how life magically unfolds upon you in many miraculous ways
