BEING ALWAYS IN GOD’S REMEMBRANCE
1. do all your material duties as a parent, partner, child or friends which is required of you
externally do all your duties very diligently which is required of you
externally someone who are important in your life can make you do whatever they want to
but internally always be in a mode of prayers. complete surrender to the supreme
2. always remembering the god you believe in or you have faith in
3. whatever actions, you perform, throughout the day, perform it as an act of SERVICE to god
4. internally no one can manipulate you or give you orders
you are the master of your own mind
what you do inside is none of other’s business neither anyone can know what is happening internally
5. always chanting or naama smaran along with good action, good thoughts and good speech
6. no wrong done to any of the people you connect
7. always be considerate, compassionate and work towards good will of people
8. and top all these with constant remembrance of the higher supreme
best way is to chant so that you be in the AWARENESS mode always
9. there is no particular time to remember god
right from getting up in the morning till you get into deep sleep in the night, always be in the remembrance of god

swami chidananda saraswati ( disciple of swami sivananda ) says-
if you are in the worldly activities for most of the day, at least pause every hour for 2 to 3 minutes and contemplate god and repeat his name
it is a dynamic process and a great life transforming process
when the whole atmosphere, environment and factors that go to make up your life are totally material and externalized in the midst of all this material chaos, you have this thought of going inwards, in constantly chanting and remembrance of god, which is so deeply genuine, that the return for it is tenfold, one hundredfold
therefore try to have little minutes of deep intent god remembrance periodically throughout the course of your busy day
connect and surrender each and every act to god
whatever you do, do for his love and try to speak to him in and throughout your daily activities

firstly premanand maharaj ji says –
do all your day to day activities be at home, office or with dealing with people, do everything of that is required of you to do with utmost sincerity and honesty and then surrender your work to god, the almighty, with all faith
converse with god, that ‘ o lord, i have done my work with all honesty and diligence and i surrender my work to you, now you take care of it, whatever be the results ‘
it should be a way of living our entire life where we turn our will, desires, concerns, the good or bad-everything- over to god
and then by faith and trust, we let him do the work
secondly he says,
to see god in yourself and in every human being and do your duty to everyone involved in your life with utmost respect
always remember that you are connected to the divine power which is everywhere, everytime and in every one
swami vivekenanda says
the moment i have realized that god is sitting in the temple of every human body, that moment i stand in reverence before every human being and see the god in him- that moment i am free from bondage, everything that binds vanishes and i am free
everyone is endowed with divine power
right from a toddler to an old man, from a pauper to a millionaire, from a tiny insect to a big animal, it is present in everyone
discharge your duties under all circumstances and do your duty with all sincerety
whatever you see consider it as divine
when you see with worldly feelings, you will see only the physical and ephemeral world.
therefore see the world with divine feelings.
the divine power is same in everyone therefore never criticize, ridicule or hate anyone
see god in everyone, constantly contemplate on god and surrender yourself to him. only then you can get eternal happiness
never think that you and i are different. that is a true sign of devotion

lastly the precautions you need to take while being on this journey of spiritualism
1. always keep good company
staying in the company of people that match with your mental understanding
if there are people in the family you cannot avoid, then try to not mentally associate with them
2. avoid criticizing, gossiping and finding fault in others
god resides in everybody and everything. our habit of finding fault, quickly criticizing and back stabbing will ruin your spiritual progress and you will never be able to experience true bliss
3. solitude and focus inwards
do not indulge in meaningless and unnecessary gossip. practice to speak less and see god in everyone
4. body consciousness and false ego
these are also detrimental in attaining pure love for god
