MULETHI AND GILOY
The Ayurvedic Power of Mulethi and Giloy as Natural Solutions for strong Immunity
changes in the season often bring along with them colds, allergies, and loss of immunity.
A few years ago, I suffered from persistent nasal congestion, sneezing, and disrupted sleep
conventional medicines or nasal sprays did not help me with the problem
During this struggle, I consulted an Ayurvedic practitioner who introduced me to two potent herbs: Mulethi (Licorice) and Giloy (Tinospora cordifolia)
A simple herbal decoction made from these transformed my health, reducing allergies and boosting my immunity. Complementing this with pranayama further enhanced the benefits
I’m not a medical expert, but my personal experience motivated me to share the power of these Ayurvedic herbs. They’ve helped me and my family, and I hope they benefit you too
