GRATITUDE AND THANKSGIVING
blessings are our greatest investments in life
earn it well in this lifetime span
through gratitude for everything present with us
thanking each and every moment we spent on this earth
for all the emotions we experience in favor or against
for people who move in and out in the scene of life
thanksgiving and gratitude is the gateway to success
gives an added degree to our profile of life
Cultivating a Habit of Gratitude and Thanksgiving
Thanking People: The Universal Appreciation App
Imagine if saying “thank you” was as easy as using a smartphone app—just a swipe and voilà! Well, it kind of is! We should make “thank you” our default response, whether we’re in the kitchen, stuck in traffic, or even dodging a rogue shopping cart in the grocery store.
It’s like having an invisible “gratitude button” that makes life a bit more pleasant.
The Secret to Abundance: A Gratitude and thanksgiving GPS
Eckhart Tolle said it best: acknowledging the good things you already have is the foundation for all abundance.
Think of it as a treasure map where the “X” marks the spot of your present joy. It’s all about appreciating your current “loot”—be it your cozy couch, your trusty old laptop, or even that somewhat suspicious but ultimately reliable jar of peanut butter.

The Ancient Tale of Gratitude in indian mythology : lord Narada’s Epic Journey
Once upon a time, lord Narada, the mystical DJ of the ancient world, was off to see God.
Strumming his veena like a pro and passing through the forest, he crossed paths with an old sage who was sitting under a tree.
The sage, in a moment of classic “eternal wisdom,” asked, “How much longer to do the penance and sadhana until I reach liberation?”
Narada, probably amused by the sage’s impatience, promised to ask God.
Moving along, lord Narada found a young man dancing and singing ecstatically with his musical instrument .. iktara.
When asked if he had any questions for God, the young man didn’t say a word—he just kept dancing like he was at the world’s greatest party.
Fast forward to lord Narada’s return.
lord narada told the sage that he had three more lifetimes to go.
The sage, not thrilled with this news, threw a tantrum—his beads and scriptures were sacrificed to the gods of frustration.
Then, lord Narada delivered the dance party report to the young man.
God said the young man would have to be reborn as many times as there are leaves on the tree he danced under.

Instead of freaking out, the young man danced even harder, thrilled at the thought of so many lives. He saw it as a bonus round in the game of existence and expressed gratitude to the lord.
ecstatic with appreciation, he trancended the mind and reached liberation right there on the dance floor.

Moral of the Story: A Glass Half Full of Bliss
Here’s the takeaway: the sage was focused on what he didn’t have (a bit like complaining and cribbing). for him the glass was half empty
In contrast, the young man saw every leaf as a reason to celebrate, always immersed in thankfulness.
Gratitude turns the “half-empty” glass into a “half-full” one, brimming with possibilities.
thanking and appreciating is life giving
when we are soul conscious, we give Thanks for whatever we have, no matter how little or how more we have
but when in ego consciousness, we are never grateful or satisfied, no matter how much we have
it is far more effective to praise others and appreciate with what we have rather than finding fault and complaining about what we don’t have
thankfulness and appreciation are key words for a better life
it is the medicine which heals the subjective state of mind, restoring self respect, confidence and security

The Joy of Saying ‘Thank You’: The Ultimate Life Hack
Gratitude isn’t just about feeling warm and fuzzy—it’s like a superpower! Here’s how it makes life more fabulous:
Peace of Mind: Less stress, more zen. It’s like yoga for your brain.
Stronger Relationships: Who doesn’t love someone who actually says “thanks” instead of grumbling?
Bonding: It’s like putting a “good vibes only” sticker on your relationships.
Less Stress: Gratitude is like an all-natural stress buster. It’s like getting a massage, but without the awkward small talk.
Glorifying God’s Gifts: It’s like giving a high-five to the universe every day.
Igniting Your Spiritual Side: It’s like connecting to a cosmic Wi-Fi network.
Contentment: Feeling like you’ve won the “happiness lottery” every day.
Seeing God’s Hand: It’s like spotting a hidden cameo in your life’s movie.
IF THE ONLY PRAYER YOU SAID IN YOUR WHOLE LIFE WAS ‘THANK YOU’ THAT WOULD SUFFICE.….. ECKHART TOLLE
Because really, appreciating what you have might just be the best form of spiritual exercise out there.
So go on, sprinkle “thank you” everywhere like confetti, and watch how your life turns into a celebration of abundance and joy.
