so let’s go straight the recipe
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED FOR THE VEGETABLE SPRING ROLL
1. Readymade spring roll sheets

2. cabbage long sliced 1 cup

3. capsicum chopped 1 cup

4. carrot grated 1 cup

5. spring onions…..onion chopped 1 cup and greens chopped 1 cup

6. maggi boiled 1 packet

7. szechwan sauce home made or readymade 2 tablespoon

8. tomato ketchup 1 tablespoon

9. salt to taste
PROCEDURE TO MAKE THE VEGETABLE SPRING ROLL
1. take oil in pan
2. put cabbage, capsicum, onion, carrot and saute well till soft
3. then add the chopped greens of spring onion, maggi, sauces, salt and mix well properly till the mixture is completely dry

4. make a slurry of corn flour or wheat flour with water to cover the edges of the sheet

HOW TO ASSEMBLE THE SPRING ROLL
1. Take the spring roll sheets
2. keep it on the table in the diamond form
3. put a spoonful of the masala on the lower corner of the sheet
4. fold the lower corner of the filling upwards
5. paste the slurry on the edges
6. now fold both the horizontal side of the sheet and again paste the slurry on the edges
7. and finally roll the sheets upwards towards the topmost corner of the sheet

8. your spring roll is ready to be fried
9. you can make as many you require and keep it in the fridge
10. fry it at the time of serving the guests

11. while frying, first let the oil get hot and then turn it to medium flame and deep fry the spring rolls
serve it hot with green chutney or any sauce you prefer
