practicing gratitude can be a game changer
it has long term effects, from improving our mental health to having better and stronger relationships with others
the more you bring your attention to feeling grateful for, the more things you will notice to feel grateful for
we tend to acknowledge the goodness in our lives.

GRATITUDE fOR RELATIONSHIPS
be grateful to your partner, do not criticize or complain
because you are too busy being GRATEFUL for GOOD things in them
when you COMPLAIN, you actually harm your life
whatever you think or say about another person, you bring it to you
always say- i love you just the way you are
gratitude for everything that person has and bless them with all peace and love
harvard health shows that couples who show gratitude towards their partner and who express that gratitude, feels more positively towards their partner
researches have shown that expressing gratitude is said to release oxytocin or the ‘ love hormone ‘ which helps build greater connection and bond between two people
someone who doesn’t pause and take efforts to feel and express thanks is probably more likely to experience loneliness failing to notice the good in others and acknowledging it can ultimately lead to your friends and family drifting away

whoever are grateful, they heal faster
taking a moment to be thankful causes physiological changes in your body that initiate the parasympathetic nervous system – the part of nervous system that helps you rest and digest
gratitude helps bring down your blood pressure, heart rate and breathing to help overall relaxation
gratitude is a very good medicine to bring down your stress levels, improve sleep, mood and immunity and decrease depression, anxiety and chronic pain and disease
people who keep a gratitude journal have less stress levels and is shown to reduce the effects of aging to the brain
some people may not be grateful by nature but it is a habit they can get accustomed to in future

GRATITUDE FOR MONEY
Thankfulness for all the money that i have been given throughout the day
complaining pushes your dream life away
gratitude is riches
complaint is poverty
there is a saying ‘ whatever you appreciate, appreciates’ meaning whatever you appreciate grows in value
with that mindset, look at the many ways we are blessed by money
no matter what your current situation is – the simple fact of thinking that you don’t have enough money, is being ungrateful for the money you have
you have to eliminate your current economic status and be grateful for whatever little money you have because you have moved in life with this situation in life
thank god for being, for protecting us, prospering us and taking us everyday from victory to victory
thanks to life for each new opportunity it gives us to make our dreams come true
thank God and feel the gratitude for the abundance of money you enjoyed in the past and will enjoy in the present and the future throughout the life
by feeling gratitude for the money we have, there would be many miraculous changes in our finances
it is impossible to feel sad or blame or criticize when you are grateful
if you start thinking NEGATIVELY about something or someone, immediately STOP and say
but i have to say that i am really grateful for whatever you want

BENEFITS OF BEING IN GRATITUDE
1. strengthens your immune system as you are always fulfilled and satisfied in life
2. improves your sleeping patterns as there is bound to be less irritation
3. you always feel optimistic about people, situations or things as there is less negativity lingering out thus bringing the gratitude mode
4. experiencing more joy and pleasure around as you have more things to be grateful for
5. being more helpful towards others and experience generosity
6. gratitude turns what little you have into abundance.
7. it is so much more than saying ‘ thank you ‘ . gratitude changes your perspective of your world
8. gratitude shifts the inner attention away from negative emotions like resentment and envy and thus minimalizing the possibilities of cases of depression
9. overall it can boost your emotional and mental and physical health
10. helps in improving your relationships at home and outside as well
11. you evolve as a better human being and inspire and teach the benefits of gratefulness to others as well
