Let’s see how to make home made salsa easily at home
INTRODUCTION
the word SALSA means any kind of sauce in spanish
this home made salsa can be served with chips or papad or as a side dish with rice
this home made salsa recipe is zesty, fresh and super easy to make
it is not something that people do not know about or have not made it in their kitchens but still i thought of sharing my version with my lovely friends
so let’s start with the recipe
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED FOR THE HOME MADE SALSA
1. garlic 7 to 8 cloves

2. tomatoes 3 nos

3. til oil 2 to 3 tablespoon

4. salt to taste
5. green chillies 2 to 3 nos.

6. red chilli powder half tablespoon

7. onions 2 nos

8. coriander leaves 1 handful

9. lemon juice of half

PROCEDURE TO MAKE THE HOME MADE SALSA
1. chop the garlic cloves into small fine pieces
2. cut the tomatoes into half and remove the seeds
3. take oil in a pan
4. put the finely chopped garlic, place the cut tomato pieces – the open side down and the skin side upwards
5. lower the gas flame
6. put salt, finely chopped green chillies and red chilli powder
7. close the lid and let it cook for 5 to 7 minutes
8. off the flame, open the lid, take out the skin of the tomato with a fork
9. mash the tomatoes well in the pan with a big spoon
10. now add the finely chopped onion and the coriander leaves and mix it very well and close the lid for 5 minutes
11. let the spices blend well in the heat of the pan
12. open the lid and transfer it in a bowl
13. squeeze lemon juice and mix well
