INTRODUCTION
amla is a miraculous drink for immunity. it is loaded with vitamin c and many more ingredients
with many people growing more and more conscious, the one ingredient that is gaining high popularity is our amla
also known as indian gooseberry, it is part of indian traditional medical practices since time immemorial

iNGREDIENTS REQUIRED FOR AMLA SHOTS
amla … 250 grams

ginger … 1 small piece

black pepper powder … half teaspoon

PROCEDURE TO MAKE THE AMLA SHOTS
1. Wash the amlas well, cut it into pieces leaving the seed behind
2. put the cut amla pieces in the mixer, add the ginger and black pepper powder and the required amount of water to grind the amla pieces well
3. strain the mixture
4. now again take the remaining pulp in the mixer add little more water and grind it well and strain again
5. use only required water only to just grind the amla
6. now transfer this amla liquid in a glass bottle and keep it in fridge. it lasts for one whole week

TO CONSUME
daily take 4 to 5 teaspoon of this amla juice. dilute it with water. you can add honey if you want for taste but it’s optional
so now your daily dose of vitamin c is taken care of
amla is good for your overall well being and immunity and is also good for hair and skin
do try this out. it is a very simple and affordable way to have amla during season
during off season meaning when amla is not in season, what we can do is buy amla in bulk.
wash, clean and dry
put it in zip lock and deep freeze it. remove whenever required and Make the amla shots
