please do check my earlier blog on early morning habits
https://reflectwithsmitha.com/11-early-morning-wake-up-habits-in-hindu-tradition/

after this session, we feel awakened with emotions of compassion, love, gratitude and contentment.
thanks to my mentor and guru who has been my guide for this meditation
sitting and trying to control the monkey mind to stop thinking to practice meditation is not possible.
rather than finding peace instead we may get irritated more
so giving the mind A task of activities filled with blessings and Gratitude for yourself and your loved ones and people around,
complete surrender to the ultimate universe is a wonderful way of filling our Heart, mind and soul with positivity, abundance and love
this meditation has made me a much calmer person, constantly being aware of my actions and thoughts, try bringing myself in the present Moment and always being in an attitude of gratitude even for the smallest thing in my life
but..but..but.. always remember
as i always said in my earlier blogs OUR THOUGHTS, OUR ACTIONS, OUR WORDS SHOULD BE ALWAYS POSITIVE Bereft of any negative traits for your KARMAS to be right
WHATEVER YOU GIVE, YOU GET…KARMA philosophy
so start GIVING LOVE, GRATITUDE, BLESSINGS and PRAYERS for you get the same back in your life
initially the alarm clock would help us to get up early
and once the habit is established, there will be no difficulty to get up on that time
the sub conscious mind will become your willing and obedient servant to wake you up at that particular time
CONCLUSION
brahma muhurta holds great spiritual importance in hindu tradition
pre dawn period allows individuals to experience quieter and calmer environment giving inner peace
aligning with body’s natural rythm, it promotes better sleep quality and overall physical well being
embracing practice of waking up during brahma muhurta ( a time of profound significance ) contributes overall holistic well being, nurturing body, mind, spirit, inner tranquility and spiritual growth for those who chose to embrace their gifts
we become more compassionate, more aware of our thoughts, of what we feed in and our behaviour towards others and being in gratitude and prayers to the universe
