EPSOM SALT
INTRODUCTION
i sometimes experience leg pains or pulling of muscles in my legs Or Slight cramps due to long standing hours or sometimes before my monthly starts
it is not painful but experience a discomfort in legs especially at night when i sleep
this may be a common problem for many especially after we enter in our 40 Plus age for both genders
i had heard about EPSOM SALT, so thought of giving it a try

HOW TO USE
1. EPSOM SALT can be got in Sachets in a very Minimal prize at indian medical stores
2. in a bucket of bearable hot water, i soak one sachet of EPSOM SALT
i Soak my legs till my Knees for about 20 minutes
3. after that i wash my feet with plain water and lightly apply Sesame oil all over my legs and go to bed for sleep
4. this procedure is preferable to be done at night just before going to sleep. you will sleep like a child

the magnesium in the salt is Directly absorbed in the Skin and it’s effect is almost immediate
my cramps and Restlessness in legs gets relieved to a huge extent
5. having said that this procedure should be done once in 15 days or once in a month. not more than that because of it’s magnesium content
i am in my 40’s age and i get much relief from my leg cramps and restlessness so thought of sharing this with my friends as well
