MULETHI AND GILOY

Mulethi and giloy are the best herbs for cold and strong immunity. to help build strong immunity and prevent ourselves from seasonal cold and cough

let’s see how our indian ayurvedic herbs mulethi and giloy plays an important role

INTRODUCTION

Few years back i had this bout of allergy especially during seasonal change

nose blocks, sneezing, unstable breathing and lack of sleep were a normal situation for me. nothing would help me out, not even anti biotics Or nasal sprays

i happen to meet an ayurvedic doctor at patanjali store who gave me two herbs ( mulethi and giloy )

after using this concoction, i had much relief and gradually my allergy reduced. i did couple this with pranayama

i am no doctor in this area but i only wanted to share with my friends with what i have benefitted with, so that all reading this blog can also benefit from it

TO MAKE THE MULETHI AND GILOY KADHA FOR COLD AND IMMUNITY

i took equal quantity of 1 teaspoon giloy powder and half teaspoon Mulethi powder in 2 glasses of water and boiled it till it reduces to 1 glass

i had it 1 glass Each in the Morning and in the evening empty stomach for 4 to 5 days and i had a big relief from my cold and nasal congestion

since i was a bit wary about the herbs, i didn’t take it regularly after that. i used it whenever i felt that allergy coming back to me

at home, this is the first herbal drink that i serve to my family members on the first indication of the onset of cold. i add a little Cinnamon to it as well
