Feel the coolness of the lauki
Notice the tiny seeds inside the tomato
Hear the soft crunch as you slice the cucumber
Observe the rhythm of your hands moving
Let your knife become a metronome of calm

🌬️ Add the Breath
Inhale slowly as you reach for the next piece
Exhale gently as you make the cut
Stay soft. No rush
Even five minutes of focused chopping can become your morning meditation
✨ Bonus Tip: Speak Into the Food
As you prepare it, whisper softly —
“May this nourish with love.”

Let that intention move from your mind, through your hands, into the food
