Thank You
“Even the tiniest grain holds a story, a journey, a blessing.”
Today, we pause to honor the quiet heroes of our kitchen
Not the fancy stuff but the everyday, taken-for-granted ingredients that silently hold our lives together
Dal, Salt, Rice, Turmeric, Cumin, Chillies, Atta.
They sit in jars… quietly waiting. And today, they get our thank you
🌾 Your Task: Pick One Ingredient
Choose one simple ingredient from your kitchen maybe the one you use daily, without even thinking
🟢 A handful of moong dal
🟠 A pinch of haldi
⚪ A scoop of rice
🟤 A spoon of jeera
Now pause
Hold it in your hand. Observe its texture, color, scent
Think of where it came from — the soil, the farmer, the journey
Think of how often it’s been part of your cooking… and your care
And say quietly:
“Thank you for being part of my home, my nourishment, my life.”
